EB1B申请表上雇主的地址用H1B延期时用的雇主地址应该没错吧？这个地址也是签字人的地址。

律师用的地址是另一个：
“the address in department of labor’s database, based on Employer's EIN”
那个地址单位HR负责签字的人一点也不熟悉。

请高手指点一下，到底用哪一个？
-I think you should use the employer address where you are working. EB1B is similar to H1-B in this point, so your employer has to indicate the employer address where you work specifically in the application form. So, I think your lawyer made mistake and you should ask him/her to fix it.
