EB1 I-485>14 month, mistakenly linked to EB2

I filed I485 based on approved EB1 I-140 last June. After the FP in last Sep, no more update on the case. I filed a service request this June and got the response that "there is no visa to process the I485". I think it means the I485 must be mistakenly linked to my EB2 I-140. I have called the national service center and they took the information and said they will forward it to TSC. My attorney has also emailed TSC follow-up email. It has been 2 weeks and nothing happened. Is there anything I can do now or just wait? Thanks for suggestions!
