Eb1b and paper citation

Hi all, I am not sure if my credentials are enough for Eb1b. My background: US PhD, right now is junior faculty (non-tenure track) in a top US medical school. University will sponsor my applications. Journal papers: English 5 (around 17 citations since they are published recently), Chinese: 5 (total around 40 citations). Non-self citations around 8 for my english papers and 30 for my Chinese papers. One paper published in very high-profile journal this year and reported by many media. No review experience, although once helped supervisor reviewed one paper. Right now supervising one technician and one postdoc, and helped supervisor writing grant(nor sure if these are helpful)? Can get excellent (independent)recommedation letters. I have two questions: is my case enough for Eb1b (Texas center)? And my Chinese paper and its citations are helpful for my case (should I mentioned it)? Thanks a
