Got phd in engineering from a top university. but only have 1 first author paper. another one in process.
chinese paper about 20. citation 80
no other patent or rewards
small company in the field of wind power substation
Got niw approved after rfe. I guess it is contributed to strong recommendation letters from 3 members of National Academy.



want to try eb1b.
any suggestions on such a weak case?
