1. Just provide annual reports, US federal tax returns

2. Besides offer letter, you can submit an employment verification letter with the information of title, annual salary, and permanent position.

3. I would ask the boss to write and sign a company accomplishment letter. The letter should include the number of researchers, patents, publications, reports,etc. Then you can prepare a list of patents, publications, and reports.
