pjiang, questions about EB1, thanks a lot

Hi, PJiang

My I140 for NIW got approved last year (June 7), and submitted I485 in 2007, July. Due to sanil pace of priority date for NIW, I plan to apply for EB1a.

Questions are:

1. Can I use the same or similar reference letters for my NIW? One of my friends did that and she got approval.

2. Do I need to re-apply for I485? Because my physical exam is more than 1 year, do I need to do it again?
