why do you think my H1 visa status which will reach 6 years within 60 days does not meet the condition for premium process?
-If your I-140 is EB1A or NIW category, it does not apply to Premium processing. If your I-140 is EB1B or PERM based EB2 or EB3, then you can use Premium processing as long as your H1 meets the requirement.
