敬请指教: EB1a denied 后的对策,在线等!

本人MD and PhD, Publications: 20+, citation 20+ , got one national award in China, 3 memberships.

Eb1a在补充材料后遭拒,但NIW apprpved. Should I file a appeal? Will my appeal effect my approved NIW?
