EB1a approval in TSC

march 2007 filed NIW and EB1A, NIW approval 1.5y after RFE, EB1a denied. However April 2008 filed EB1A again in TSC, today got approval nitice without RFE, no much change comparing with previous one, just add one paper and two memberships, two internet reports. You know what, in NSC deny notice, they said I was NO qualified for enen one conditions (I filed 5 items). Funny but really a good gift for the Chinese New Year.
