achievements as judged by recognized national or international experts;

The record shows that the petitioner is a member in several scientific
societies. However, as the record did not include information regarding the
membership standards for these societies and subion, they cannot be
considered to be sufficient evidence of extraordinary ability. If further
evidence of this criterion is to be ted, it must include information
regarding the requirements necessary to meet for membership and demonstrate
that it is evidence of extraordinary ability.

感觉Sigma Xi和其他专业协会现在很难满足这条，似乎非要做到专业的Fellow才能NSC
的标准，但毕竟不是我们Postdoc能达到的，所以这点我准备放弃。有更好的建议么？
Ask for a Sigma Xi certificate for immigration purpose.
