must professional organizations, such as IEEE et al. Those student organizations probably won't count.

If the editor directly asked you to review articles, you can just use the email messages as evidence. Keep all the communications. If you helped your boss, but the editor sent you directly THANK YOU message, I guess that you could use that message as evidence.

What is your profession? If computer science, then maybe one day I can ask you to review one article to count.
