Worth it. See if you are qulified for 3. The review of others' work is enough, but maybe you need letters from journals' editor or manager of NSF in your division. Publication and citation is a little weak, maybe OK. Sigma xi is not qualified for membership now. Recommedation letter is not important to EB-1A based on my experience.
