the denial letter said none of the criterion is met. no RFE

EB2 140 was approved few months ago. 485 based the EB2 140 is pending.
因为eb2排期原因，不知是否应该appeal eb1a? 请大家出点建议。
1. 如果从现在的工作离开，是不是140及其485就自动作废？还是说180天后就无所谓了？
2. denial letter said all appeals will be sent to AAO. Does it mean chance
of success is very slim?
3. What is the difference of operation and consequence between appeal and motion to reconsider/reopen? Can I attach additional publication and awards(since last application)
4. 我现在就是觉得既然eb2 140已经approved，是否值得花功夫在eb1a上。请大家给我分析一下利弊，如果我不appeal，也不reapply.
