迟到 I-140 EB1-A (DIY) approval

I-485 dependent on my wife’s I-140 Perm is pending, priority data is Feb., 2006,
and was transferred to USCIS local office to be interviewed in the next month.
If someone has the same situation as mine, we can share the experience.

Do I need to use my EB1-A? Otherwise, I will put this approval notice to the drawer for memory. My bit experience in US might beyonds your imagine.

本人在美国经历很惨, 若干年NIW被 Sr. Luois 徐乐夫害惨了, 厚厚14页denial信, 从此在北美过流浪博士狗 (POSTDOC) 生活, 一直到2007结束. 持O-1工作. 如有兴趣 From O1 to EB1-A by DIY, 也许本人可以给你一些经验. 只要你有一个月时间准备.
