请问PJIANG老师或其他朋友 EB1A I485 pending over two years

请问PJIANG, xiaobaitu 等老师或其他朋友 EB1A I485 pending over two years (at Texas Service center). 连Infopass 时 local office的人都说weird. 给Senator office写信答复也是过45天再过90天。给Ombudman写信答复是模棱两可的。不知道还有什么办法？谢谢指点
