Eb-1B receive date of I-485 is april, 2007, I-140 approved in No

my case: Eb-1B receive date of I-485 is april, 2007, I-140 approved in Nov, 2007. called USCIS said NC Memo still working but my case is under view and my NC is still pending. no further information told. Could somebody tell me what I could do? Help!
