文章被网络媒体报道了(newsrx.com)，也可作为媒体报道的证据吧(EB1a)？

我有一篇文章被网络媒体报道了(newsrx.com)。
这个网络媒体好像是个database, 请问这可作为媒体报道的证据吗？
