file EB1B, urgent question, please help!!!!

Dear XDJMS,
I am going to file EB1B. Now I have a question, Does the filing fee of I-
140 have to be money order? if yes, do I have to ask my HR sign on the money
order?
Another question is: the sender's address should be HR? it that correct?
