Is TSC still processing any I-140s? Eb1a/b+NIW.

I think TSC is not really working on I-140 applications (EB1a/b or NIW). Haven't seen people get approved for a long while. I think e-filer may get more luck as I known someone who filed mid July last year was approved more than a month ago.
