Pjiang老师，谢谢你的解答。虽然EB-1b现在是current,可它的批准是不是还是在按照140的PD顺序在批呢？

最近看到的已批准的EB-1 类的485申请今后都是late 2005和2006年的，并没有批准同样是current 的2007 递交的呀，如果是这样，xfer PD也是没有用么？谢谢请回答。
- You may not be clear with PD (I-140) xfer and 485 xfer. Read it again.
