No update until this morning. Received 2 E-mails- first one about Card Production ordered and 3 hours later the second E-mail of Welcome notice was received. Called NSC customer service once every week for the past 4 weeks and got routine replies. My Immigration Attorney also sent an inquiry to NSC during early Feb. I think the MEMO still works and it takes time to reach each individual case. Be patient and it does not hurt to call.
