I think you just start from Today in TSC.
My I-140(EB2) was submitted to NSC on 07/03/2007 and then was transfered to TSC on 09/05/2007.It started from 09/05/2007 in TSC.Now It is still pending.

You case is EB1. Maybe It is better than me.
