Good suggestion. However, if my NIW-140 failed, is my NIW-based 485 still valid? I am afraid this kind of thing happened and my "approved" EB-1 140 probably have no place to re-link at that stage to my dead NIW-based 485. Any further Comment? Thanks a lot.
