Can I file EB1A 140 if NIW 140 approved and its 485 pending?

Would they still look at my EB1A I-140 if my NIW I-140 is approved?

I have not heard from TSC about my NIW I-140 yet (PD July 27th 2007). Probably will in 1-2 months.
