It depends. You can try. Send your resume to lawyers to get evaluation. You should indicate how many times your papers get cited. Who will write rec. letters for you.

When I applied for EB-1OR, I only have two first authored papers (JBC) and one second authored Nature paper. My I140 got approved (ND 04/28/03, AD 08/13/03). I am waiting for the I-485. Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong waitinnnnnnnnnnnnnnng.
