"国内专利一个，" For EB-1a not enough.

"在本领域review 过journal paper4次，conference paper1次，都是英文". For EB-1a OK.

"做过一个international conference的 session chair". Need a strong recommendation letter to show that you are one of the top person in your field.

NIW is better.
