Eb1 always fast. No harm to do that.

3. 485的处理时间对EB1A和NIW好像是一样？那岂不是没有必要申请EB1A了？
When they issue your GC, if NIW retrogresses, you may have to wait for PD becomes current, based on this, EB1 has priority.
