Am I qualified for EB-1?

I got my PhD in US top 20 university in materials, with 10 first-author publications in prestigious materials journals (ISI impact factor ~4) and several second-authored ones, but with only ~8 total external citations. Awarded best PhD thesis by the university last year. MS and BS in famous Chinese university. Currently Postdoc in functional materials.

Total have 25 papers in journals, 8 talks in conferences, 7 posters in conferences.

Have 7 strong reconmmendation letters, two from national lab.

So am I qualified for EB-1? (extraordinary ability)?
