请问关于EB1-A 140 premium processing的问题

在申请EB1-A，因为近期可能要做几次出境的trips，律师建议file140的 premium processing。说如果在１４０没有批下来前，用AP入境有些shaky。不是很理解这个原因，谁可以帮忙解释一下，这个premium　processing究竟有何益处？有多少必要来做？

另－已经知道现在premium　processing被closed，何时重新开启还未知。
