该交EB1b吗？

我也是这7月份visa bulletin的受害者。我的EB2（140已经批准）的PD是去年1月初。离六月bulletin就差几天。我在7月2号交了485。但是现在又要被USCIS退回来。我在想是否我该申请EB1b?我所有的材料都搞定了，就差petition letter了。如果你们是我，会交EB1b的140吗？
