I-140 EB1A HELP!!!!

我的律师为我申请EB1A。 不幸的是，我的申请被留在NSC。NSC 不停的要RFE。昨天
律师说他也不知道该如何办下去了。律师说我的申请如果在TSC，早就应该批下来了。


我的条件是；

1。 一个国际奖；
2。 38篇论文；
3。 一篇论文被选为我的研究领域2006最有影响力的100 篇文章之一；
4。 被邀请做书的Advisory Board member;
5. 审过很多top journal得文章。

我想请教一下，我能不能把递上的材料要回来，自己整理一下，再申请EB1A。看看
能不能被分到TSC。大家觉的这是不是个好主意。
