请问小白兔等大侠NIW与EB-1a只能选一个485吗? 485 递交后可以transfer吗？多谢！

I filled I-140 of both EB-1a and NIW, and both of them are still pending in NCS. Could you please kindly help me with the following questions? Thank you very much.
(1) If I fill 485 now, do I have to choose only one of them (either EB-1a or NIW) to based on?
(2) If so, which one is better to choose for me? EB-1a or NIW? I know that NIW is easier to get approval, while EB-1a takes less time.
(3) After I filled 485 based on one of these two I-140s (for example NIW), but if another one (EB-1a) is approved early (while NIW is still pending), can I transfer the I-485 application to another category?
