Most miserable case: Eb1a, Eb1b NIW AD Dec04, I485 NC pending Ju

I did all I-140 to TSC on Feb-Mar 2004 by myself and got approved on Dec 04 without REF. However, I am then pending on the endless FBI NC since my I485 submission on Jul 2004. I wrote numerous letters to Senators, FBI, First lady, none of them helps. I just changed job to another State/Center 2 months ago. So I think I am not qualified for WOM. I guess because my name is too common and/or I have working history in Europe. I didn’t see anybody around me has this terrible experience. Just wonder if I am the single unblessed one in the world. Thanks!
