work card for my wife when filing EB1B

I admitted I know little about the immigration law, but I think I get closer when I got a nice feedback to my original post (below). Any way, what is EAD or EB1B based I-485? I just like to get a permission for my wife to work. Does not matter what type of permission. If any pitfall among them, please specify. Thanks a lot.
