My case:
Dec 5 2006: receipt date for I-140 (EB1b) to NSC.
Jan 7 2007: receipt date for I-485 to NSC.
Feb 1 2007: finger prints done
Both cases are pending; no update from the case online (“case received and pending”).
It seems that nowadays I-140 is really slow (> 6 months). Is it worth trying to convince my company/laywer to try premium processing for my I-140? I understand that 485 may still be the rate-limiting step for GC anyway and doing premium processing may incur “RFE”. Any opinion is appreciated. Thanks!
Is it worth converting to premium processing for EB1b I-140?
