申请EB1a，I-140填表问题

两个月前递交了NIW的I-140，pending.
现在准备递交EB1a. I-140-->Part4-->question6: Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person? 回答yes还是No? 如果yes,怎么解释？会不会不利于EB1申请?
