PhD, 6 first-author papers, citation >50, reviewed 2 papers for two journals, no international/national awards.
I140 (NIW) got approved last year. I called my lawyer for EB1A. He asked if I got any award first. And he told me this. Seems that he does not want to deal with a case like mine. I know, in principle, I do not need to get an award as long as I fulfil three criteria of EB1A. However, thing is getting tougher, since every one is filing EB1A.
