Should I try EB-1b?

My conditions:
paper 8: 2 in Chinese, both are first author, 6 in English,4 first authors, four of them have >6 impact factors.
Citation: around 40 for the English paper
Academic conference: international conferences 7, abstract 9, oral presentation1, invited oral presentation1
Review paper: review 2 paper on beharf of my boss
awards 4: national outstanding paper award in China, State second prize scientific paper award in US. international travel award for fellows 2
Grant: post-doctoral fellowship grant from American Hearet Association.
