请教：I-140/485 (EB1a) 在Nebraka SC被拒，Appeal有用吗？

很悲哀地得知，I-140/485 (EB1a) 被拒。信上说可以对于I-140的拒绝可以Appeal。不知道Appeal有没有用？有多大的成功希望？Appeal对I-485也有用吗（I-485的拒绝信上说对此决定不能Appeal）。有没有人有成功经验？谢谢。
