请教小白兔和其他专家: EB-1b RFE question

My EB-1b RFE needs an offer letter from my school. My school originally offered me this postdoc position in May 2004, and I joined the lab in September 2004. Should the offer letter provided by my school now for the sole purpose of fulfilling RFE requirement be dated May 2004 or current date, i.e.
January 2007? Similarly, for my address to be listed on the left corner of the offer letter, should it be my old address in May 2004 or current address?
