Plan to e-file a second I-140 EB-1A with PP?

Hi Guys,

I originally filed my EB-1A 140 last August and it was stuck in Nebraska. I really hate these lazy and stupid rednecks there!! Now I am considering e-file a second I-140 EB-1A with PP even before I hear something from Nebraska.How do you guys think? Thanks!
