Eb1b eligibility question

I've been working as a tenure-track assistant professor for 4 months now. Before this, I was a research fellow at a research institution for 3 years. I want to try Eb1b. But when I checked the eligibility requiredment of this category, I'm a little confused. It says:".... and enter the U.S. in a tenure or tenure track teaching or comparable research position at a university or other institution of higher education..." Does this mean that I must hold the tenured track job at least 3 years before i can apply? Or my postdoc experience is counted? Thank you very much for your reply.
