俺的条件是否够格办EB1B?谢谢!

国内PHD,到US 6年,Biochemisty/Organic Chemistry background. Currently a non-tenure track faculty in University. 11 papers,8 of them are English papers, 6 of them published in US(all impact factor>6).5 first-authored papers.1 membership. Many awards and grants in China. No awards and grants in US.

I485 with NIW140 has been pending almost 2 years, still pending in NC clearance. I got a feeling that EB1 I485 has a priority to be approved, even fast clearance in NC check. Some people around me with even more weak background than mine got EB1 greencard in 1 or 1.5 years.My boss ask me re a application through EB1B category. Headache.
