Is it deserve to file EB1?

I filed Eb2 and got 140 approved. My PD is late Jan, 06. Should I file EB1 instead of waiting? Any suggestions?
My case: 14 pubs with 9 first author. 2 grants with one Co-PI and one univ. grant. graduated 05.
