Sigma Xi question for EB1a

Any one knows the importance of the membership Sigma Xi to the application of I140 via EB1a. Since it is just a money problem for me to join, I have other two professional memberships already. But, it seems Sigma xi is highly evaluated by the officers. Is it right?
