My two cents if you are on the same track: one is the cover letter should be straightforward, clearly list how many categories you fit, and under each, summarize your credentials. It's not the time to say what you want to say, but what the immigration officers what to see/hear, follow their thoughts. Second, as I agree with some in this forum, is that, if you don't have a very top award, leave the award category alone, but that doesn't mean you can't put your awards in, just under different category where you see fit, such as an award for a paper, then you should attach that award following the paper. Putting ambiguous awards under award category only confuses and irritates the offciers. Good luck.
