we will save the momey.
I worried because his salary is too low now,I want they would clear their decision ( give us the GC)before next year tax season. so I want to pay them to work more fast..
He is a PhD in chemistry. but not graduate from US.
so I understand if I pay them more this time I will get more 麻烦.
