USCIS is expanding premium processing service to include EB-1A Aliens with Extraordinary Ability petitions effective November 13, 2006.

看到两个律师都那么写，但找不到官方信息，哪位大侠见过？

如果是真的，我是打算马上加急。所以很想确定消息可靠性。
