请帮忙看看NIW or EB1, 哪个对我们更好呢?

We filed NIW (140+485 concurrently) in Sept. 2005; the current status is 140 approved, 485 pending. Now my employer is willing to sponsor any employment-based petition for me and my family. Should we take the advantage of it and ask my employer to sponsor my EB-1? Which choice is better for us? Please help, any advice will be appreciated
