请教：我能申请 Eb-1a 吗？

本人博士毕业俞十年，现为一大学巨老博士后。 本打算申请EB-2，由于英文特烂，加上工作似乎于NIW的要求相去甚远，所以一直没法动手。 请教各位，不知我能否申请EB-1a。如有合适lawyer推荐，本人万分感激。
paper: 英文~50， 过半为第一作者， 被引 referee:为3-4杂志看过稿
award:国内教育部挂名奖一项，日本一fellowship和专利一项
membership:已入两个人人能入的学会
